1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealAcademy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DealAcademy is an online platform that connects users with finance professionals for one-on-one mentoring sessions and provides access to digital educational resources. We facilitate introductions and transactions but are not a party to the mentoring relationship itself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All session bookings and resource purchases are processed through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
  • Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  • Digital resource purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Share, redistribute, or resell any purchased digital resources.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any mentor or other user.
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment systems or book sessions outside the Platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including digital resources, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of DealAcademy or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchased resources are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DealAcademy does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or any specific result from use of the Platform or its resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
